Our mission is to inspire and equip all people to know God and live with purpose.
Ephesians 1:17-19a
I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe.
Our Vision.
We take a literal approach to the Great Commission—to go and teach—in order to create disciple-making disciples.
Matthew 28:19-20
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Our Logo.
Although the mountains in our logo are the letters APM, the APM logo encompasses so much more than just our name. The logo encompasses our combined mission and vision in one image—to inspire and equip others to carry the light of the gospel into the world around them, while we do the same. Isaiah 52:7 says, “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news,” and Paul reiterated it in Romans 10:15 when he talks about preaching the gospel to those who need to hear. Just as the heralds of old proclaimed good news from the mountaintops, so should every Christian be a proclaimer of the gospel to those in their land, those in their spheres of influence. And lastly, as the sunlight rising above the mountains in our logo breaks through the barrier around it, so does the light of the gospel break through the barriers of darkness in our lives and in our world.
